- Clean and dry your skin completely, ensuring no oils, lotions, or treatments are present.
- Remove the first half (square portion) of the liner and attach it to the upper thigh. Rub for 2 minutes.
- Remove the second half (triangle portion) of the liner.
- Bend forward and gently pull the skin upward until sagging disappears.
- Secure the Skinnies tape to the top of the thigh and rub for another 2 minutes. Do not touch the second half of the tape to the thigh until fully lifted.

They are made with hypoallergenic adhesive however as with any adhesive product we always recommend doing a small patch test first especially if you have sensitive skin.

- Gently lift a corner of the tape and slowly roll it backward, gliding fingers across the skin.
- Use body oil to remove any residue.
- Remove nightly and use only once per day.
